Qualification : B.Com,B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E, B.A, B.B.A ,BCA, BHM, M.Sc, MA, M.Com

Experience : Freshers/Experienced (0-4 years)

Salary : Up to 2.5 lacs

Skills :

@Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
@Solving Hardware & Networking Related Issues
@Technical Trouble-shooting & Customer support to international clients over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES)
@Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English skills
@Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational)
@Should be ready to Work in Night Shifts.
